A customer may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus outbound shipping charges and payment processing fees the seller incurred at the time of order).
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Some fees may be waived if the product is being exchanged for another product.
You must request an RA or "Return Authorization" so we can track and credit the return appropriately.
We evaluate all returns before processing and should any item be returned as used, damaged, or cannot be sold as new, there will be a 10% restocking fee charged to the customer.
Ultrasound systems will have a minimum 25% restocking fee. Also please note that for any return items, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges back to us, and if the product was shipped out for free, you will be responsible for those outbound charges as well. We will confirm all possible charges to you before issuing and RA.
Exceptions: In the case of power cables for fountains, surface aerators, and circulators (with quick disconnects)...returns and exchanges are accepted on these items, but they must be in new, unused conditioned, and all will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All mechanical products that we sell including aerators, fountains, ultrasound systems, etc come with some form of manufacturer's warranty included. The warranty period may vary by product or manufacturer but in most cases will run from 1 to 3 years duration. The warranty periods will be noted on the individual product pages.
Should any problem arise with the performance of an item, please be sure to contact us immediately. While the full responsibility of honoring the warranty (and the extent of its coverage) will fall upon the manufacturer, we as a dealer or distributor will work with each customer to insure that the problem is resolved to the best of our ability.
