Kasco 3.3JF 3 HP Three-Phase Decorative Pond Fountain

The Kasco 3.3JF is a 3 HP decorative fountain designed for larger ponds and lakes with 208–240V three-phase electrical service. With five interchangeable fountain nozzles included, the 3.3JF gives you a choice of dramatic vertical displays or broad patterns that spread across a larger portion of the pond.

The standard 3.3JF offered here includes a 50-foot power cord. Longer cord lengths and other electrical configurations are available by quote.

Five Fountain Patterns Included

As horsepower increases, one of the biggest benefits of the J Series becomes even more apparent: substantial fountain displays without locking you into one permanent pattern. The 3.3JF includes five interchangeable nozzles, allowing you to change the appearance of the fountain as your preferences or surroundings change.

• Birch: approximately 16' high × 12' wide
• Spruce: approximately 26' high × 12' wide
• Redwood: approximately 27' high × 6' wide
• Linden: approximately 20.5' high × 38' wide
• Balsam: approximately 19' high × 34' wide

The Redwood and Spruce patterns emphasize height and visibility, while Linden and Balsam create broader displays. This versatility makes the 3.3JF especially useful where the fountain needs to complement a larger pond, commercial property, golf course, community lake or other highly visible setting.

When Does the 3.3JF Make Sense?

The 3.3JF is designed for installations where three-phase electrical service is available. Three-phase power is more commonly found at commercial, municipal, golf course and institutional properties than at residential ponds.

If you want the performance of a 3 HP J Series fountain but have 208–240V single-phase electrical service, the Kasco 3.1JF is the corresponding model to consider. Choosing between the 3.1JF and 3.3JF is primarily an electrical-service decision rather than a question of simply choosing more horsepower.

Is the 3.3JF the Right Size for Your Pond?

Kasco suggests the 3 HP 3.3JF for ponds up to approximately 1.5 surface acres. Acreage is a useful starting point, but it shouldn't be the only consideration when choosing a decorative fountain.

The 3.3JF requires a minimum operating depth of approximately 24 inches. Fountain location, available open-water area, pond shape and the desired visual impact should also be considered. With included patterns reaching approximately 27 feet high and 38 feet wide, this is a substantial fountain intended to be seen.

Decorative Fountain or Aerating Fountain?

The 3.3JF moves and aerates water as part of creating its fountain display, but its primary advantage is decorative versatility. The five included nozzles allow you to choose among very different fountain shapes while using the same motor and float system.

If maximum water movement and aeration are your primary objectives and multiple display patterns aren't important, consider a Kasco VFX aerating fountain. For installations where appearance and display flexibility matter, the J Series is generally the better fit.
